Rumour on the web is that they were leaked by US intelligence sources

That would be why I saw them on the news earlier and the BBC website is also hosting them.

Actually I'd advise anyone living in London not to look at these because they WILL upset you. I wish I hadn't seen them.

lol, hadn't got round to looking at bbc this morning  I did say rumour, i.e didn't believe it myself

I really don't see why they thought we needed to see them.

Thanks for the warning N8, no such warning was given when they were put on the news last night.

I'm aware that there were devastating bombs on the underground, but i don't need to have those images in my head the next time i get on the tube!

What good is releasing those photos going to do?

I hate all media right now!

The BBC site does actually say they got the photo's from the ABC news site i linked too not from official sources 8O :?

ITV news showed them last night and said that the photos were released by ABC.

Why must we always blame the Americans?

Always?

ABC is American and they released these photos

Our shit media jumped on the bandwagon and is now showing them too!

Sad thing is anyone (most kids i guess) who read jolly rogers cookbook when they were young would know how to make bombs like that   :( It just shows how easy it was for them.

American networks have foreign sources too! Could be Mi5!

N8 - I had a copy of that when I was young... got it off the BBS/Fidonet system (precursor to the Internet) 8O

Yep, i was all over dem 'ol BBS's too  Geek alert
We've been outed! Break out the pocket protectors!

Worst of all, I was a punk geek 8O

I used to run a BBS called Collision Theory back in Washington. That's where the alias Johnny Morbid (a nod to Mr Lydon of the Pistols) originally came from. It evolved to Morbyd when I was 16 because I had personlized license plates for my car. There's a story for ya!

used to be at college with a fat guy from the country who was a complete weirdo. once caught him shooting at himself in the toilet mirror with an air pistol, then we met him in the pub one day and he pulled out some japanese weapon from his trenchcoat, another time he was downloading the anarchists handbook or something from a website that had bomb making instructions in it, next we heard tales of him blowing up dead sheep near his farm in the country, and the last i heard of him he was running a succesful star-trek roleplay internet club and advertising himself on a gay personals site... definately weirdest guy i've ever come across.

he also remarked that columbine was... uhuh huh coool... and glorified the "trenchcoat mafia" whoever the hell they were...
