Its not had the best of reviews, but I really love Lawler's stuff and I liked it a lot......

Out of all 3, Lights Out 2 is my fav - CD2, its very dark, deep and dirty - just how I like my music so....... :?

Buy his stuff that he has done on Nubreed, a lot of people prefer that stuff to the Lights Out series....;)

Oooh! Is that any good? I used to be a hoooge Andy Weatherall fan! He's great! 8)

I recently decided to have a go at embracing new forms of music...I don't ever do bands (except The Cure from time to time) but for some silly reason I bought the White Stripes album.

It was ok but I don't think I'll ever listen to it again.

it's a good album, I've only listened to it a few times cos I don't have enough space on my computer to put it onto my ipod   but I do like it. DE:9 transitions was a better purchase, that just gets better each time I listen to it.

I thought it would be a lot more minimal, I'm sure there's one out there which is absolutely fantastic and I heard it at an afterparty once, but I don't know which one it is  - anyone know what other albums he's got?

 @ trying out new forms of music - I've reached the sorry state now that I just don't listen to anything else except house! I feel quite ashamed actually about that, but it's music that makes me happy so funk it

My fave track in infants school was 'Model' by Kraftwerk (before I even knew who they were! It was just a backing track on Kenny Everett once!).

Then when I was in class 3 I had my own pirate station I used to broadcast throughout the school during quiet reading sessions...the grown-up bits were interviews with dinner ladies and teachers but the rest was coldcut, bomb the bass and inner city! 8)

I've not really looked back since! I even went through a '95 gabber phase which was 'interesting'. :?

Arctic Monkeys one
Babyshambles - Down In Albion
Danny Howells Miami
