as you might remember, home of most after-parties lately...

 
FFS !!!! :( ... was such a great place that. :cry: ... dancing on the little boxes on the sand in your bare feet ... trying not to go too far on the day beds after nightfall ... AARGH. What a shame.
 
Any news if some other beach club type venue will be there in its place? Once of the best days/nights I've had in Ibiza ever was last year at the Music On after party.
 
However! There will be a big new hotel on PDB beach named 'La Plage' featuring nightly cheesey sh1te music and DJ's, the hotel will smell divine and attract many foul creatures..

Only joking. As if that would ever happen

if all goes according to their plan, there will be the revamped don toni featuring a new area called family fun & splash zone and a brand spanking new 5-star hotel next to it...

"family fun & splash zone" and "after-hours" don't match, right?!

I'm surprised there is anything new planned for kids in that area if I'm honest, because of the way Ushuiaia events spill out onto the streets. It would be more appropriate for the far end to be taliored towards familys. Not everyone is as open-minded and I think a few people who think they are going on a nice family holiday are in for a little shock (as I have witnessed on many occasion). It can get a little full on in that area of PdB
 
What a shame that is!!!! I loved Ushuaia when it was there and La plage had some great parties aswell. Always kept that balearic feel to it but i guess thats just not allowed anymore...... :roll:
 
indeed, more and more expensive hotels... which normal clubber can afford these?
and off course cheap beach parties at places like La Plage don't fit in their plans... :-(
 
ibiza is changing, electronic music and its audience has changed too, now for the club is more important to the VIP area to the dance floor, the real clubber are suffering as the price of entry is very high and the track dance can not find the desired environment, we just need to look at cabin and see 50 or 100 people, with faces bored and wondering what they do there if you do not like electronic music ..


in the case of "la plage", the magnates of the party on the island got away with a small club that robbed them of customers, it is very sad to reach the end, you are forced to go where they dictate ..... for me this is a reason not to go anymore to these clubs or hotels on the island.

Ibiza ....Ibiza....Ibiza...... you are in danger
