Wow... would have been fun to visit back then when it was open air. I have a friend (half-American) who lived on the island in his childhood who tells stories of going to Ku as a teenager and it just makes me jealous... imagine if that was your first club!
 
at least 5 of them all appear to have borrowed the same moustache for the evening. i must say it looked as cool then as it does now.
 
Wow, not much has changed since the 80's except the grrrls wear some mmmmm nicer clothes, or none even 8O

actually that looks like the competition (in brighton??) in which people dress up in daft costumes/contraptions and jump off the edge of the pier and try to 'fly'.:lol: :lol: (whats it called again??)
 
LOL the dude in the second picture has the old Fireworks glasses. Like when u look into kaliederscope or however u spell it. Or he could even be from Star Trek...
 
yes, the 80's was a brilliant decade.

That's in Bognor Regis. Brightonians aren't creative enough to do such a ground breaking event. However, it rains and no one really goes anymore. Until we get our marina that is :D

EDIT : Just noticed someone has already said this. Oh well, just trying to raise the profile of Bognor.
