Km5 or L'Elephant Restaurants

Im coming over the first week in Sept and want to take my wife for a romantic meal I'm torn between km5 or l'elephant just wondered if anyone here has been to either of these Restaurants and what they where like, which one they would recommend
 
I would say KM5 is better for a romantic meal - it's very chilled and food is very good. Expect to pay about 100 euros for 2/3 courses each, plus wine, water, tip etc.

I have not eaten at L'Elephant, only being to the bar there, altho it's a lovely place and if you get a terrace seat you get amazing views over Ibiza Town, the place does sometimes attract groups of rowdy coked up tw@ts which can be a bit off-putting if you are wanting nice romantic meal.
 
I would flip a coin - they are both lovely and either way you will have a beautiful night. L'elephant is more expensive though
 
Thanx everyone, think Ive made my mind up already but if anyone has any experinces of either of these places would like to hear about them
