Kalms tablets

How many did you take? They didn't work on me :twisted:

2 about 20mins ago. i bought 398 to go, damn boots 3 for 2 offers... waded in with some i a day multi vits too. :lol:

maybe yr not as stressed out as me! - ive been getting up at 4am last 3 weeks...
 
Are you taking the ones specially to sleep? Now? During the day?

I took the night time ones, take them an hour before your meant to sleep. Sometimes they worked and I had a great night sleep other times no different.

Thinking of trying Nytols.
 
I think she means its a mind thing as in it doesnt work but cos your brain thinks you have taken it then it "automatically works" they say it about things like headache tablets too - all in the mind
 
I must also say I was very cynical too about trying sleeping tablets - espec after my friend said she got very odd dreams when she took hers, one including her mum cutting all her hair off 8O :lol:

been ticking off all the stuff which i think may cause it, and trying to think back to when i started to feel this way... by product of that bout of depression i had a few years back.

thats gone, but the anxiety is still there. if that makes sense.

Yeah it makes sense :lol:

Well I guess by taking the tablets it may slowly calm you down but you dont want to have to rely on them forever do you?

I know exactly what you're going through, I had the exact same thing about 18months ago. Just everything getting on top of me, going out too much and I had a panic attack 8O followed by about 2 months of feeling anxious. It was the worst I've ever felt, it was like my whole confidence had been shattered.
Unfortunately I don't think it ever goes away, if I am stressed now I sometimes get really anxious, but now I'm so used to it I know I just need to relax and I will feel better.

What really helped me was having lots of evening baths, reading, not really going out much apart from quiet drinks etc. Just basically try and de-stress everything in your life, slow things down, it does work. Book a weekend off and go into a health spa or country hotel and go on lots of long walks! It's the perfect weather. I'll never be the worry-free young pup I was in my teens but I'm not the nervous wreck I was at that point of my life either :lol:

I did try Kalms too and thought they were sh1t but they might work for you.
