not overly keen on mussels, I do like the odd cockle though. ALthough last time I had seafood I came up in red blotches everywhere. Must try it again

I myself slummed it with home made cheese and onion on thick cut brown bread, a packet of Cheese and Onion Crisps and a fruit salad box from tescos....

I just had some scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast, plus a little pancake from the company buffet.

OMG at the lunch and dinner buffet at the Hotel Playa D'en Bossa they had mussels in a vinaigrette sauce - it was a big platter with hundreds of them out of the shells. I would gorge on them at every meal! The flavor and texture were incredible, and what better way to eat mussells that without those darn shells?
