There was another instance in Guatemala when I was there, where some masked guys armed with machetes broke into a guys house and demanded money.
He told them that he didn't have any at the house, but he could write them out a cheque.
They accepted this and left.....
Reminds me also of another instance in the US where they had CCTV of a masked bank robber.
They had a suspect in custody but couldn't prove anyhing.
So a cop told him that they had sent the footage off to a lab and they had digitaly removed the mask and it was him underneath.
The guy then confessed.
He told them that he didn't have any at the house, but he could write them out a cheque.
They accepted this and left.....
