July>Space>Lawler!!? .. but set times??

A group of Canadian boys making our way to Ibiza in July. We would love to see Lawler @ Space but because it seems to be an all day/night party I'd like to know what time of day he plays and for how long.

can anyone help?
 
Judging from the last 4 Sundays @ Space sessions i've been to i would say he starts playing at about 20:00/21:00 on the terrace.
Also at times he moves onto the inside, but that's rare.
 
this season Steve will be playing the majority of the closing sets on the Terrace

this means 9-12 roughly

after that, again most weeks, he will be doing a 2hr-ish set inside going a bit darker and dirtier

last year the night that i was there lawler went on early and tong closed the terrace (i was pissed).....when you are at space in the afternoon, ask around, someone will know the set times.
 
thanks for the info. I was looking for one his trademark dark and dirt sets. Last time he was in Toronto his set was much longer (6+ hrs) as well, I was hoping for some extended sets.

Do most of the big names only play for a couple hours?
 
depends how many "big name" guests have been booked

Steve will definitely do 10-12 - depends on the line-up whether or not he does 9-12

when i was there last year Alex Neri cancelled and they extended his and Smokin Jos sets by 1 hour each
 
I heard him play inside last year 2-4am i fink.

About the best deep/progressive/tribal sets ive heard. It really suits that room.Last year he played inside four or five times and it We Love obviously thought it worked too as he is doing double that this year

Personally, I can take him or leave him on the terrace. maybe i'm just too overexposed to him now. Like drew, i am sceptical about how the terrace will be this year if the sound is as terrible as it was last.

Yep... all Summer... 14 weeks of ibiza bliss !!!

This year i will be doing most of the closing's of the terrace and then off the decks and straight inside for 2 hours of pure dirt !!!!

so youlle be able to catch me around 9 - 12 terrace then 12 - 2 inside...

also you can have an exclusive on this....!!!! i will also be doing a radio show for the 14 weeks of the summer direct from ibiza... Gonna have some fun with that...

I'd love to hear Lawler play live, tbh I'd never payed much attention to him until his essential mix last year, his sound has totally grown on me, can't get enough... :oops:
