Joey "Disco is not dead" Negro and Paul "I'll jack you house baby" Woolford !!

Exclusive for you guys this Bank Holiday Sunday at Element (fka PoNaNa) and Fez
Club (home of Pin-Up).

Joey Negro:
After his astounding headline set at Southport weekender, I can only say that we
are welll and truly honoured that he is coming to play for us. He is a legend
or at least one in themaking, always crossing the boundaries of house, soul and
definately disco during his sets. We expect smiling, happy and satisfied faces
on the dancefloor when he drops tune after tune.

Paul Woolford
What can we say about Wooly .... another legend in his own right, we welcome
super Basics resident to come jack our house upstairs in The Fez the only way
he can. Having many dubious honours layed onto his name, I personally think the
biggest would be to come in as an emergency replace for Derrick Carter (broken
shoulder due to icy/alcohol situation) at Shindig not long ago and completely
ripping the dancefloor apart. Superstar!

So the full line up:

May 30th* Bank Holiday Special at Club Element (fka PoNaNa) and Fez as
one venue:

Featuring Main Room: Joey Negro (Jakatta), Dino and Dean Webster with
live PA by Pete Simpson and live sax by Barry Saxo (Circus).

Room 2 : Paul Woolford (BackToBasics), Tom Lynch &
Firas(B2B) , Greg C. with live percussion from Dave Webb

VIP area : Brand new wicked lounging lifestyle courtesy of us at Pin-Up! Comfy
seating, table service and head massages (maybe!!)

The whole venue is benefitting from a recent upgrade and we're bringing extra
production, lighting, sound and FANS just for this.
9.30PM-3AM (late licence granted)
Pin-Up drinks prices.
Tickets : £8 (early bird)/£10. (see flyer for outlets)

Pre Bar : The Pin-Up Sessions and This Old House at Bar Matrix with Simon Brown,
Greg C, Jeff House and Ricky Chopra.
 
has ponana shut in Sheffield? The Fez club in Hull shut down many months ago too. :?
 
Nope .. Po Na Na was changed into another club .. can't remember the name, but it shut for "Housey" nights ... (think it's R & B) ... but Pin Up are taking over that, aswell as the Fez Club (which is upstairs) and Bar Matrix ..... it's gonna be fun !! :D :D :D
 
Anything with Joey Negro in the line-up is gonna be quality

I've been to see him at least 10 times and he's shown every time!
 
I loved him when I last (and first) saw him at BED ... really souful,disco .. certainly showing his jazz/funk roots from way back ...

Deffo :roll: :evil: Twice in two weeks in ibiza he didnt turn up at moneypennys last year but was then seen at pacha on the terrace the following night off his cake.
