job and property search ibiza...plse help

hi all
we are a female gay couple looking to relocate to ibiza. i have been offered a job as a teacher, would need part time work for my partner for the year i am there initially.

any hints or websites we can look on

also we would need accomodation either in shared house or 1 bed flat for a year.

any websites or replies welcome
