Frank Sidebottom: Nothing more than Chris Sievey wearing a paper maché head. He was created by Sievey as the Freshies' number one fan (well, The Freshies' only fan), and managed to get a career out of being the band's only fan. Ironic that the Freshies' fan would be more famous than the Freshies themselves.

We bought them for the '99 Wembley play-off final against the mighty Gillingham. Yes, the excitement got the better of us in for the walk up towards the stadium, we dressed them up in retro City shirts and as it was such a warm day, put John Lennon-esque sunglasses on them so they looked like Noel and Liam Gallagher. Quite a few people took our photographs, although that was probably out of pity.
However some tanked up Gill decided to get into a fight with said bananas and ended up knocking the sunglasses off one of them, shattering.
Prior to Dickov's goal, we deflated them and then suddenly...
