I've stayed there twice (in fact if you read about them on this site I did a review of them) but to summarise they are ok, don't expect anything too fancy as they are quite basic, however you can't beat the location. Try and make sure you are booked into the new bloke cos those apartments are nicer than the older block.

cheers barb

just to say thanks 4 the fast reply to "the barbie"x

I did a review of Jet Apts too. They never published it...

I can't recommend this hotel to anybody. Yes, location is perfect and rooms are big but...

Everybody can walk straight to you door, locks of terrace doors were broken and there was people coming and going. Not safe.

Jet apts is old hotel and they are not so keen on repairing things which are broken. It's too expensive if you think quality of the hotel. :x

jet was perfect for us. We bought our own food and stored it in the fridge.. which saved lots of money. Here are some pictures so you can make up your own mind =]

I think it depends on where you are staying within the complex. There is a big range of standards between the 4 categories of accomodation that Jet offer.

Bali Beach is a 4 key establishment while Bossa Mar appeals to the budget market at 1 key. The actual Jet Appartments are 3 key and I believe are fully air conditioned in 2004.

However, this website states that even the Bossa Mar offers Air Conditioned Rooms when booked via Ibiza-Spotlight (possibly implying that not all of them are when booked through other channels ?)

Well, after all that I'll be there in June . . . . .

I thought they were awful - in fact the worst place I have ever stayed! My boyfriend said they were a lot better than some of the places he had stayed at in Ibiza before but they definitely aren't for me!

They did have air con but no hot water 8O 8O We had to shower in another apartment for two days while they fixed the boiler. We could have moved apartments but they had none to offer with a balcony. They had no storage for clothes - no drawers etc. and the wardrobe (if you could call it that) had limited space. However the beds (pushed together) were comfy and didn't move ;) The music from one of the bars below (can't remember the name) was awful. They played the same cd every night between about 6 and 8

Wow - I definitely got a weeks worth of moaning in there didn't I ;)

Don't let Saffy read that :?

(she's booked!)

oopss  I remember going on and on about this on the forum last year when we got back. All our clothes were on the bed in the lounge/kitchen area because there was no cupboard space! We paid about the same as you did for Es Vive as well, didn't we?

I think so, i know they're not worth what they charge.

You'll be getting it right this year though yeah?

I think they stayed further along towards Bora Bora Mc.

Yes, Pago Pago play aweful music as we witnessed every night when we stayed at Sal Rossa a couple of years ago

No it wasn't that one - it was immediately underneath the block - awful. It reminded us of when we were in Bali - one of the bars only played Bob Marley - just terrible after a while!
