Jet Apartments

Hiya,

I'm interested in any info anyone can give on the apartments in this area...I know there are a few in the area other than Jet (namely Bali).
How big are the rooms?
What are the noise levels like?
If 3 are sharing, which place is best and how many rooms should I go for?
etc etc

we had the room right on the corner of paco paco...

funking annoying when u get the best or r n b blasting outside at 6pm wheh yr trying to get ready for a 48hr session...


werent bad sized room, had air con!

Same here! You can't sleep in early if you're in that side of the apartment.
But overall great location.

Booked a 3/5 apartment in jet for 3 of us arriving 2nd July.
Will give you a full report on my return :D
 
I can recomment Dausol & Dausol 2 - nice rooms, back from the main beach strip so nice and quiet (especially if you get rooms facing the pool at back), air con and the owners are very nice.

They're about a 5 min walk from the beach but it was worth it not to have Boeing's finest landing on my head whilst trying to sleep..
 
Dont know if its because ive accustomed myself to it, but the aircraft flying over at the Jets dont seem to disturb me anymore.

I stayed one night at the Bossa Mar appartments for the space opening, and considering its nearly 40% of the price of the normal Jets, its not a bad option if youre a bit skint.

Are the rooms really horrible?
Do they have cooking facilities?
Where are they situated?

I might be a pikey and go for these. :lol:
 
Rob, when are you thinking of going? I've just been looking at Bossa Mar myself for when me and Jon (might 8O ) go back in Sept :twisted:

They are mega cheap arent they? But just HOW cheap is what I wanna know? I don't want to be staying in a hole! 8O

That would worry me. Half the price of stuff in the same location? The catch has to be a pretty big one....
 
Check out Garbi. I think they have one-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites.

We had a good rate on a studio. Pretty quiet if you get the rooms facing the pool area (aside from when they crank up the tunes at the bar for a couple of hours in the evening), and I think rooms facing the outside of this U-shaped compex open up onto quiet streets. It's right on the beach, too.

Bali Beach are nicest in PDB but are most expensive (180 euros a night). No noise problems cos bedrooms are at back but living rooms of all apartments have seaview.

Me and Tom always book these for just the 2 of us but you can sleep up to 4 in them.

But when it's a choice of staying somewhere mega cheap or not going at all.... :roll:

I always stay in Jet. Just got back from staying there on Monday. Ive found that if you book online then you get the rooms at the front facing the sea, all have air conditioning but these are the ones that sleep 6, so if theres 3 of you theres a chance you will get a different room. I wouldnt stay anywhere else now, you can have as many people as you want back at your apartment as you dont have to walk past reception and the balcony is big, so they are good for post club parties 8)
