But mainly I just look at how amazingly well this world was made; everything has it's place, everything in perfect order (Except us). Could it of just happened by chance? Mathematicians say that it is roughly 1x10 to the power of 200,000 chance of this world we live in happening again somwhere else.
Indeed - the world is an amazing place - it might created by some supernatural force - but then again, it might not. No religion has explained it, or proved their version of creation to be any more valid than the next . Some have built up huge followings based on teachings 'facts' which they now except to be farbrication, oops, sorry parable/allegories.
Someone teach me here, is it Catholicism that taught that 'Hell' was a real and literal place and got people to believe through instilling fear of going there, but now teaches that it doesn't actually exist after all? This is a genuine question - my Catholic education ended when I asked our local priest if the could prove any of what he said and then told him 'it's not very likely then, is it?'
