JAG 2013

one million dollars left one week ago and now javier gonzalez (monza ibiza records), the artistic director, has left too...
 
LA RAZA, a party concept that involves 4 of the best recognized labels in housemusic, PURPLE MUSIC, RULE 5, MJUZIEEK DIGITAL and CONKRETE DIGITAL, created and guided by INAKY GARCIA & ROLAND BARTHA, has been affected heavily by the NON - PAYMENT for 3 shows and NON - FULLFILMENT of the legally binding contract with JAG BEACH CLUB IBIZA, including some of their well known artists and producers! All parties were cancelled, and a lawyer has been called in to settle this case.



the artistic director left early in the season, all promoters cancelled their events and they got the music sealed in august... not a very successful first (and only?) season!
 
I was at this club. Very nice place, poorly attended. In my opinion due to the location. As it is geared to be more an open style bar. The club is indeed nice but should have been promoted better. The location is kind of hidden as well.


It is very sad.
 
Seem like it has had the same problems which forced plastic to pack up and go. Got the back up of people you don't want to get on the wrong side of.

I honestly don't know how enzo siragusa and a bunch of other italian techno djs weren't able to attract a better than average crowd (sizewise) . When this place is in playa d'bossa.

When I was there there were a few good looking girls. They had house djs too!
 
if you're next to ushuaïa and space and close to lots of other well-known bars you need more than enzo siragusa and a bunch of other italian techno djs...

if you're opening up a new place in playa d'en bossa, these days you're playing champions league.
 
I don't see the analogy of champions league but I see your point.

There are details that I do not know which are obviously key . Don't patronize me.
 
easy man. the essential thing is that for some (to me unknown) reason many people (business people) still seem to think that in a place like PdB, where the competition is massive, any new place will succeed if it looks nice. whatever the definition of nice is - I personally also thought JAG looked nice, but at the same found it didn't fit PdB at all. if you want to be successful in PdB you need a really good concept, lots of money at the start, lots of patience and a good chunk of luck I think. referring to champions league I meant you go up to the very big players there - space, ushuaïa, sankeys etc.
 
JAG is about to be sold to a new owner, so this page is gonna change the name and stay ruled by myself who created it, Greg Basso
u will be able to follow several stuff here, music, productions, acting, etc etc
feel free to keep following me here,or unfollow, but anyways, thanx to all of u for suporting JAG all this time
i wish we could have continue the story but due to a big disagreement between us 3 associates, we decided to not work together anymore(thanx god) lol stay in touch, and thanx
