I've been scammed!

i think you were right first time bec, obviously the delivery was only able to go the registered address and the tea leaf either hadn't considered this or bottled/failed the intercept.

have you lost your card at any point?
do you buy stuff over the phone much?
has any mail gone missing?

could be a case of someone going through the rubbish maybe.

You've got to wonder if it was a mail/rubbish intercept of a statement.

I've never seen a website where you could order something online without putting in an address (or 2 addresses - billing and delivery). As I noted above, most UK websites only allow delivery to the billing address.

So, whoever this chap is most likely knows Bec's address

Unfortunately my Dad had already signed for them, otherwise I would have gladly stashed them in my room and claimed no knowledge lol.

I think the suppliers have clocked on that it's a dodgy deal and sent them to the billing address.

I hope they catch the b.astard though!

Becks, it's good karma that you are sending them back 8) Glad you are getting reimbursed by your bank - worrying though!

Yeah I wouldn't have kept them... I believe honesty is the best policy!

Besides my Mum wouldn't have let me keep them anyway
