In the highly probable event that you are a connoisseur of pears, one can only assume that his subconscious is projecting a warning to them via the metaphor of the aforementioned as a way of instructing the subject not to think too much about baps.
Pre-nocturnal mind sets which contain thoughts such as "ohh what a lovely pair" can often lead to such bizarre dreams.
If these dreams continue and he reaches for a cork screw with one hand and one of your breasts with his other hand then we need to examine this case closly.
What does worry me is the Sainsburys shopping for a new eye thing suggests he may be wishing to see things differently as he is uncomfortable with his current paradigm.
My advice would be to stop inducing these dreams yourself by curtailing your tendency to bust an evocative tales of the unexpected bap dance just before bet time.
