Is the end of June a good time to go?

Hi,

I am planning a stag week in Ibiza. It has been difficult for us all to choose the best time to go due to work/family commitments but have finally come up with the dates 23rd June - 28th June 05.

Is this a good time to go as it is so early in the year. Also I am worried that there wont be any big name DJ's playing at this time. We are all in to trance and dance.

Also we are looking at staying in San Antonio. I understand this is where most British stay (We are from the UK).

Any advice highly appreciated.

June is good - but not everything is quite going. I don't really know that much so perhaps the Ibiza residents can help you more. July and August are better months to visit but as it is a stag do then you can't really change the dates can you? There will still be plenty to do
 
I think the second half of June is the best time to go. The season is really getting underway and there are a lot of good opening parties. Also, the clubs don't get quite as overcrowded as in July/August... I suppose if you're not careful, you can end up at a less-than-full night but you've just got to pick your parties well and you'll have great time.
 
june is a fine time to go mate, i have pursuaded one of my other friends to come to ibiza with me as my other mate dropped out as having a baby 8O we are going 27/06/05 for 2 weeks and then i am going in september and a weekend in aug 2 to see lee and kim :) i am trying to find cheap hol for the june 1 any1 got any ideas?
 
Opening parties in June are my fave time to go, the weather is always lovely but not unbearable, the clubs are busy but not stupidly and it's a really nice crowd plus you get some of the best line-ups for Openings :D
 
Have to agree with the guys above - went june 28th last year and couldn't fault it. Great weather and busy enough everywhere - you can't really go wrong :D
 
We're going 18 - 25 June this year, we went the same time last year and had the best holiday EVER :D the weather was goegeous, Bora Bora was rockin and all the clubs were opening. It was brill 8)

Popular timeframe. I think Barbie, Robo and I will be there that same week 8)
