Will you marry ? If so, why? And if not .. (guess what I'm gonna ask here ;) ) - why ?

I'm sure me and Tom will marry one day, neither of us are in any rush to, but it would be nice to have a legal Keeper :D

I'm getting married, looking at next year! why? Its my challenge to become Mrs Green 3rd, and stay Mrs Green, 3rd time lucky (for him ;) ) and all that

We want to get married one day, altho there's no way we have a conventional ceremony with a princess dress and lots of flowers everywhere, it's not for us ;)
We are not in a rush cos, anyway, we feel we are married :D

Depends what you want from marriage i suppose, It doesn't solve any problems.

But it does bring you closer and you feel more focussed on your future.
And i think it's a great thing to do if you intend sticking together forever anyway.

Marriage rocks IMO - apart from being called "husband" which is still weird.

Totally agree - for us it was our day, a celebration of us and what we mean to each other - that's why we legged it to Hawaii and took no one with us....... hacked off a few relatives in the process, but they understand why we did it and how important it was for us. They have forgiven us now and they know how happy we are together so......

God .. true ... if I had my time again I would go somewhere that meant something to us ... (Kefalonia would have been a good one!) ... as it is my parents spent god knows how much on a huge wedding, with 5 course meal for relatives we see little of and, on my Dad's side, ones I can't particularly stand .... you know the type, first at the buffet at funerals !!

helps if u get a date 1st.

:?

when i find my soulmate i would. but b4 then, sod that! - very commited is as far as im willing to go, but who knows what fluffy feelings might develop with the soulmate eh?

Well go and renew your vows on your next anniversay, or any anniversary. Go somewhere special to you two, as you say Kefalonia - its really cheap if you incorporate it into your holiday..... once you have everything sorted in a month or so - treat yourselves....

We will be doing this..... can't wait - must get a new wedding dress made tho!
