Irish Sport Thriving

I'm delighted to say that Irish sport is up there with the best there is right now.

Were without doubt the kings when it comes to Horse Racing,Irish Horses and trainers/Jockeys have cleaned up this year all over the world.

Rugby wise we are in the top 5 teams in the world and im predicting we win the Rugby World Cup this year.


And of course Irish Golfers are amongst finest there is, super Padraig Harrington wins the open Championship today,it was a great game to watch.:D

A lot:oops::lol: jaysus im lost for words as to why i started a thread like this,maybe the fact we were all on a high after the Golf and someone in the pub announced that Irish Sport is thriving and i thought it would be an idea to post about it :oops::lol:

granted you must have been pished. Can not comment on the racing, boxing & golf - but if you win the world cup in sept I will parade naked through the streets of manchester!

my money is on SA. NZ are going to chock under the pressure me thinks. They are all sick of it, which combined with the money on offer, is why lots of the all blacks are on their way over here after the tournament.

Realistically i don't think we'll win it, that was the alcohol talking last nite:oops::lol: but we will come close i reckon.;)
