Info required an Apartment block in San An Bay

Im after some info on some newish apartments in the bay. They are apartments to Buy next to Klippe. Terracotta in colour think its on the sant agusti rd but i could be getting totally confussed!!!

I remember a few weeks back i found a website for these n there was lots of info on it but since then i have only managed to find the odd company that has 1 or 2 apartments for sale.

Anybody got any ideas? I have been thinking for some time about poss buying an apartment to rent out and use myself and just want to work out what sort of budget i will need. When im over in June i will have a look around as i remember last yr there were quite a few newer plots going up.

Lol I know ur plan, just trying to get me to spend my money so u can have somewhere cheap to stay. lol. i will keep u posted on my findings (if any :? )
 
i know which ones you mean but i cant think which agent has them, try ibiza property shop, when you are over in june call in to the little estate agents next to bbva bank, antonia and norbert there helped us and guided us throughout the sale of our house 2 years ago i dont think we could have done it without them they did everything for us bar signing on the dotted line! its the best thing we have done and our boys love it. good luck.

Cheers!!! I have looked on ibiza property shop web site n they have 1 apartment there. I will have to keep looking!
