Inexpensive & cosy accomodation in London

Could someone recommend nice and cosy place to stay in London. It should be situated quite close to the city between Notting Hill & Liverpool Street tube, ie. inside Circle line.

Budget for that would be around 50-70 £ per night. Staying there for 2 nights, weekend 25.5 - 27.5
