Drewsterino. Do you still have that stripper in the building? Lets invite her around. Drinks all around thankuplease

Oh yes, she's still a couple of doors away.

Not sure if she was ill or something cos she didn't go to work last night?

Let's face it, what stripper doesn't work on Friday's?

I've got a Dell computer, by the way. Pretty decent laptop.

Just ordered my parents a Dell desktop too, as my Dad's 10-year-old Compaq laptop finally gave up the ghost.

I use the laptop as my primary computer since I moved abroad in '96, so I've traded up every 2-3 years since then (I'm on #5 now). My current model is a Dell P4 3.2 GHz with a gig of memory. The previous model then gets handed down to the missus

I would usually use my hard drive as a barometer - when it starts to fill up, then it's time to switch. Nowadays though, with all the MP3s and video files that doesn't work as well. Over the past year, I've invested in 3 external back-up drives.

I use laptop #3 as a dummy computer hooked into my home WiFi network with the backup drives hooked into it. That computer is connected to my stereo, so when I call MP3s on it remotely, it plays music throughout the apartment. Fun stuff...

Something to think about for whatever comp. you're replacing... use it as a media server.

Yeah, hard drive on this pc is only 40gig and constantly FULL.

I've ordered a 3.4ghz machine with 1g of RAM and 160gig hard drive.

Should be pretty future proof (famous last words)

So are you chillin' before your big night?

Ya, we stayed in last night. It's really hard to suppress the urge to go out!! Especially when there's nothing interesting to do at home. I ended up dozing off around 1am though, which was probably a good thing because I wouldn't have resisted much longer!

It's beautiful weather outside today so I might have to find a purpose for going outside before evening (which I rarely do on a Saturday!)

Tonight should be killer... this new club Billionaire (the name is a toungue-in-cheek poke at the Moscow elite's obsession with exclusive nightclubs) opens up and that should be a blast.

I'll leave the missus there and head over to see the amazing Danny Howells at the less glamourous club Gaudi, which my wife refuses to visit because she thinks the crowd is too young.
