the bestest places ive been in ibiza are probably:
sitting on the patio at the agrotourismo Can Marti, nr San Juan looking out over the farm in the valley below.

Silvia, didn't you like Cap d'es Falcó? It's a stunning place.
We were there on a Sunday afternoon this month and it was a superb time. Watching the sunset with the top of Es Vedrà in the distance. Drinking sangría on large sofas and listening to chill-out music and an album of Dire Straits, hehehe.
We didn't have mosquitos prowling around us that day despite it's just beside Ses Salines, or at least I didn't notice them much.

I like salt fields. Have you ever been to Delta de l'Ebra? I love places like those, are usually weird landscapes.
I liked Cap d'es Falcó, but I was literally eaten by the mosquitos, usually I don't have problems with it but it was real pain.
