Ibiza Weather September 2011

I went 2nd- 9th and everyday was completely clear skys and red hot everyday, my friends stayed till this morning and said it was still lovely everyday after we left. Just checked weather and its forecast completely sunny everyday still. Seem as though I worried about the weather in September , ive never known it to be this nice EVERYDAY. Even had bad days in July and August.

Defo booking Sept every year from now on, more room in clubs, gorgeous weather , cheaper and cooler nights so you dont need ya air con.... winner
 
I've been going for 10-14 days in September for the past 4 years (prior to that, alternated June/Sept) and always have 2-4 rainy days :evil: I'm usually there 2nd half of the month.

However, the prognosis looks great this year. Sunny up until at least the 23rd on Weather.com 10-day forecast. I hope it holds up :D
 
I was there 3rd - 10th, and whilst the hotel reception displayed the weeks temperatures hitting 28 degrees, the thermometer thing by the San An fountains said 33 degrees daily.

Love September, mainly cause there aren't so many kids around.
 
It rained for about 3 minutes on Saturday morning (3rd Sept) when I was on walk-about but the sun was also out. Very refreshing :lol:

I am definitely a fan of September trips, having done August and got roasted (40+ heatwave) and mobbed (Radio 1 weekend ugh!) and first week in June (lovely weather but very quiet)
 
Seems like i might do September next year with the BF then....8)

Were doing Cancun in March so in between then and Sept will be a good enough length of time to save some wonga for us to completely spunk up the wall in Ibiza :lol:

Yer I remember this. We went to Pendomonium the Friday(our first night) then when we went back to the room for a after party with some randoms we met it launched it down for about 5 mins. Had a sleep woke up and it was a gorgeous day.:)

I went 6-13 aug this year and had 2 full days of cloud :roll: it just so happened I spent a lot of time in bed those days due to needing a mini break :D
Going June next year, hot and busy but not full of dick heads like August. Hoping to go with the family in july to.

thought the weather was much better last week than when i went in july. A lot hotter than this time last year.

2nd half of June has always been my favorite time to go but I couldn't for various reasons these past few years. Hoping to renew the tradition next year! (not that Sept. is bad either)

We arrive 13th(wed) and Im desperate for the cocoon opening to be the following monday :)
Not been in sept but would love to try it, got too much on at that tie of year for next couple of years though so will have to stick to june or july. Never going in August again while I have the choice.
 
Although my recent weeks stay on Ibiza (3-10 Sept) was hot and sunny i must point out that the first two days on the Island were threatned with a heavy rain shower during Sunday/ Monday afternoon period. A few spots of rain fell in the resort of Es Cana and everyone thought "oh no" but happily it only lasted a few minutes before the sun came back out and giving high tempertures for the rest of my stay.


NB: I hope similar hot & sunny weather is around next week (flying out on Saturday:D) when the missus and i will be holidaying over in the Mellieha area, Malta.
 
got back last night , has been scorchio for the last 2 weeks! best september weather ive seen. just one downpour on the first saturday morning after Pandemonium

Hope you had a good trip .. are we going to get a review from you ?
 
September is my usual time. This is the first time I have done the closings though, if I love it then I may do the proper closings next year xx
