Ibiza Vs Greek Islands

Hi

Just want to compare the island's. I've been to most of the Greek Islands, and i can't wait for the big Ibiza in July.. obviously it wont take much to beat the Greek islands, So whats your thoughts???

ibiza seems to be the party capital of the world.. i hope thats right.

ibiza is well better than any of the greek islands i have bin 2. i went to falaraki about 5yrs ago in ait was good. very buisy round the times club18-30 was being filmed over there.then went to corfu but not a patch on ibiza. ibiza just has a good atmosphere and the nightlife for me is much better. this is going to be my 3rd yr now and think i will keep on going back.
 
Hello There. As I've been to probably the best clubs all over the world Ibiza will be one of the 1st. Go To Manumission @ Privilege. U will then have done the best club and night in the world.

However, Mykonos and Corfu go Crazy Too.....
 
If you want party, go to Ibiza. If you want a nice sea side vacation... The Med is a dump, just go to the Carribean, you won't look back. Atlantis in Paradise Island is great, or if you want something more secluded, then Caymans, StMarten, Anguilla etc.

you complete and utter idiot,you must go around with your eyes shut,there are some fantastic beaches/clear sea in Ibiza/Menorca....
 
Relax there bud. Blighty weather got you down? Drink a cup of cammomile tea at 5 o'clock. Med is mostly a dump compared to other possibilities out there.

Any one who drives a 'Beemer' M3....Wears a Rolex watch on holiday....Has a massive 'Couple of Grand' in his pocket....Uses words like 'Bud'.....Is in all likelyhood a Chesea supporter (hence the Russian bit, it's so hip to be Russian all of a sudden)......Uses terms like "Cold hard cash' (very 90's city whizz kid)....and 'Dude'?

Youv'e got to have total respect for such a fashion leader, I think we should encourage him to say even more on the board, it's like a trip back in time to 1992!

Don't make me start throwing out some insipid stereotypes about Cornish folk... you and your little game hens and all that.

He's got his opinion (which I think we all disagree with). No need to get personal or, even worse, make uncalled-for sweeping generalizations :spank:
 
in other words... he's a twat and should keep his opinions to himself.. why is he on this forum if he hates the med? makes no sense... i've been to the med on holiday for the last 4 years now, and i love it.
 
went to ibiza 05 n loved it but thought id try somewhere diff before i ended up goin to ibiza every year...went to malia 06 n it was rubbish!so back to ibiza this yr it is!!!wooo!!!!
 
I've been to Ibiza every year from 2000, apart from 2003 when we decided to try somewhere different so we went to Kavos in Corfu. It was OK'ish. Had a good holiday but would never go back. Every year I've been to Ibiza I've found something different, and done done different things, but still done a few things the same year after year that I could never get anywhere else - Es Paradis water party, Benirras beach, Rincon De Pepe, Cafe Mambo at Sunset, Sundays @ Space.
Kavos had the same 4 or 5 songs playing in everysingle bar we went in (R.Kelly - Ignition, and Beyonce - Crazy in Love being two).
 
if anyone comes on here again calling people idiot, twat or chelsea supporter, then they won't be coming on again.
 
Who's Cornish?

Confused about the Cornish quip.....Devon isn't Cornwall, and it might come as a surprise that not everyone who lives in Devon is a Devonian...
In fact the majority of the adults living in South Devon probably are not originally from Devon anyway....

p.s. Do agree with your views on Cornish people though

Anyway back to the thread subject, both the Greek Islands and Ibiza have their positives and negatives, personally I don't think it's easy to compare the two as Ibiza is a bit of a one-off....which is probably why we all love it so much.
 
I found the weather better in Greece but only as in its a teeny bit hotter but nothing can come close to the whole Ibiza atmosphere.

I have been Falariki (hated it utter tack), Tenerife (I know not greek but again a bit tacky), and then I went Malia a month after Ibiza, as much as it was a good holiday the place does not compare.
 
Holidays

I spent all my holidays with my parents goiing to the carib, central, and south america. Not to mention all over north america. As the t-shirts they were sellinrg a couple year back say there is only one :roll: "IBIZA F**KING ISLAND" btw I never bought one of those t-shirt hmm maybe I should.;)

Disagree, I find the Caribbean over-rated. The Med is beautiful imo.
 
the best place is the place where you feel maximum cool vibration......

for people it's miami, or goa, ko phan ghan, south america trance party, greek island, spanish cost, rimini, ,south africa trance party, so many beautiful place where you can find what you like......FOR ME THIS IS IBIZA!
 
i have to agree with Russian M3 dude on this one. if you want to party, obviously ibiza is the place to do it; however you CANNOT compare the beaches in the caribbean to the mediterranean, it's really apples and oranges.

btw, attacking someone's nationality using silly stereotypes is a great way to win an argument :roll:
