Not only Callum Beattie will be in support of The Kooks on tuesday night at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel but he will be also at Ibiza Rocks Bar tonight (11pm) and at Sol House's Rooftop Nine on wednesday (8pm)!

For those that missed my rant last night...

The future of live music AT IBIZA ROCKS HOTEL

In 2005 we did something completely groundbreaking and invaded the island of dance with guitars. In the last 12 years we have been proud to showcase many of the worlds biggest stars and brightest new talents and can confidently say that 90% of all the bands we have booked would have never had the opportunity to play the island of Ibiza if it was not for Ibiza Rocks.

The local Ibiza sound laws are not designed to cater for international live bands and as a result for many years we have faced constant challenges and frustrations with the technical conditions of our licence in order to deliver live bands. We can’t keep up the fight, it’s time to let go of the past and embrace the future.

The Ibiza Rocks Hotel has had it’s most successful season ever and our afternoon Pool Parties with Craig David and Elrow have been completely sold out. We are still proudly delivering an incredible music event programme and have firmly cemented our position as the “Home of the Pool Party.”

Our event time slot may have changed but our passion for bringing fresh energy and experiences to Ibiza will never die.

Long live Ibiza Rocks

In the last 12 years we have proudly given a home to many of the worlds biggest live stars and brightest new talents on an island saturated in dance music. However, due to constant challenges and frustrations with the technical conditions of our licence and the local sound laws we simply can’t keep up the fight to deliver live bands on the Rocks Stage.

We hope we can continue our live journey at some point in the future but for now we want to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to all the bands who have joined us at Privilege, Bar M (Ibiza Rocks Bar), Ibiza Rocks Hotel and across the island. We’ve made groundbreaking history together and noone can ever take that away from us.

The Ibiza Rocks Hotel has had it’s most successful season ever and our afternoon Pool Parties with Craig David and Elrow have been completely sold out. Next Summer we will still be proudly delivering an incredible music event programme and have firmly cemented our position as the “Home of the Pool Party.”

Our event time slot may have changed but our passion for bringing fresh energy and experiences to Ibiza will never die.

Long Live Ibiza Rocks!

Such a shame, seen many good bands over the years. Kasabian, the libertines and beady eye.
Wonder if they will change the name now to Ibiza Pool something or other

Remember they are a business,
Alot cheaper to throw a pool party and have 2-3000 spending all day
Then fly bands in + crew , for the masses just to come in and spend for 2 hrs !

Might not just be the sound restriction?????

of course it isn't just that. still a shame

So much went on even the year I was working there (2014)

Island politics at its finest, but I think rocks have smashed this year and last with Craig & Elrow. They'll only get stronger on these too!
