The HYTE closing at Amnesia Ibiza was beyond any expectations. I rarely use the word, but that was a monster party. And the Afterparty, where we turned the legendary Pikes Hotel into the HYTE Mansion was incredible! Thanks to the whole team, Ibiza and you all for those new amazing memories. Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes has been home to the biggest stars from the worlds of music, art, fashion and film all summer and has hosted the most incredible intimate house parties on the White Isle. As the sun sets on another phenomenal season, the celebrations continue as proud new owners of Pikes Andy McKay & Dawn Hindle keep the fun going with weekly winter parties, kicking off with friend of the House and Hollywood star Idris Elba & Friends on Saturday 24th October.

The Saturday Ibiza Rocks House Party will run weekly until Boxing Day, starting with dinner from 8pm to the sounds of island hero Paco Fernandez before moving indoors where the much-loved cast of characters of the House will come together with family, friends, island royalty and special guests to fill the winter months with more unforgettable memories from Saturday 17th October to 26thDecember. Those party-harders will have the chance to book a room (breakfast included) so their heads can hit the pillow as soon as their feet leave the dancefloor!

Having made the House their home all summer by curating a varied and eclectic soundtrack for Sundays at Pikes, Island icons Mark & Sarah Broadbent and Andy Livesey will keep Sundays at House sacred.With the wholesome Sunday Roast served from 1 – 6pm and the Bar in full flow afterwards plus weekly guest DJs, the feel-good family vibe will warm up winter every Sunday until 27th December.

Halloween in Ibiza has turned into one giant excuse to party and nowhere more so than at Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes. Saturday 31stOctober is the devilish date for the diary with a monster line up of DJs, live entertainment (from dead rockstars), Killer Karaoke and cauldrons full of spooky surprises from 9pm. Under the name of VAMP, this will be the 4th year that Ibiza Rocks House will be transformed into an authentic hotel of horror, placing itself firmly on the rowdy route of Halloween High Jinx on the island. With the freaky fun spread out across the hotel and its grounds, a pretty/ugly unforgettable Halloween experience awaits. Fancy dress costume is obligatory.

The final party of the year will end in style on New Years Eve when corks will pop, drinks will flow and fireworks will fill the sky in celebration of the most successful and memorable year yet for Ibiza Rocks. A year that marked the 10th Birthday of Ibiza Rocks, the 20thAnniversary of Rocks Founders Andy McKay & Dawn Hindle in Ibiza, the 35th Anniversary of iconic Ibizan institution Pikes and the official purchase of Pikes by Ibiza Rocks, five years on from taking the reigns, paying tribute to it’s legacy and rekindling it’s unique charm, spirit and soul.

As well as being home to the bands and DJs playing Ibiza Rocks gigs including The Libertines, Rudimental and Mark Ronson, special guests and global stars have been seduced by the lure and intrigue of Pikes, all summer long. DJ Harveyis Mercury Rising saw the legendary DJ bring the myth, the magic and the mystery of his all night sets to Freddies, capturing the imagination of the island, bringing together different generations of genuine music lovers and creating the coolest party on earth for 6 weeks straight. From takeovers in Freddies with the likes ofDanny Rampling, Doorly, Artwork, Soul Clap, El Fabuloso, Rock Nights, Carwash and Melon Bomb to special surprise guest sets from Fatboy Slim, Idris Elba and Lily Allen to creative collaborations with The Groucho Club to Disclosure, Annie Mac, Groove Armada, Ed Sheeranand Ellie Goudling popping in for poolside lounging – Ibiza Rocks House is Ibiza’s undisputed rock ‘n’ roll hotspot. Seth Troxler proved that and more when he took over the house last week for his 30th birthday celebrations and threw a party to rivals Freddie’s legendary 41st at Pikes. A very special place that now sets the music agenda on the island and remains forever faithful to representing the true fabrc of Ibiza.

It’s that time of year again, the witches and the vamps are out and about and Halloween in Ibiza has turned into one giant excuse to party, nowhere more so than at Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes Hotel.Saturday 31st October is the devilish date for the diary with a monster line up of DJs, live entertainment from dead rock-stars and cauldrons full of spooky surprises from 9pm until the creatures of the night go back underground.

Under the name of VAMP, this is the 4th year that Ibiza Rocks House has been transformed into an authentic hotel of horror, placing itself firmly on the rowdy route of Halloween High Jinx on the island.

As far as the music and entertainment is concerned, organisers Leanne (Queen Vampire) Chilton and Jillian (Back from the Dead) Canney, have cast more than just the one magic spell and conjured up a line-up of some of the island’s finest DJs and musicians to keep the creepin’ crawlin’ critters on the dancefloor from 9pm till the wee small hours. Leading the DJ Army of Darkness, one of Ibiza’s greatest, the absolute legend that is DJ Alfredo Fiorito,joined by fellow islanders Andy Baxter, Tom Crane, Pete Gooding, The Brothers Grim, Scott Gray and Paul Reynolds (Melon Bomb), Stray Kitten and, of course, the Ibiza Rocks House summer residents 2015, Lisa Chadderton and DJ Paulette.Spread across Chez Fez and Freddie’s Bar, expect a monster mash-up of house, hip hop, funk, rock n roll and everything in between as the night gets naughtier and the freaks get freakier.

And that’s not even the half of it. As far as live music goes, Paco Fernandez and his band will take over the Plaza early bells, whilst inside the haunted house, the sultry sound of Samantha Carrie Smith as Amy Winehouse will fill the air from midnight. On top of that, guests are invited to get their best screeches ready for Sunny’s Killer Karaoke. Party-goers should also be prepared to have their ivories tickled by Crazy Piano Man, Roberto Campoli, on the putrid Pikes Piano accompanied by one of the island’s favourite vocalists, Nell Shakespeare.

Fans of freaky films will find a suitable space dedicated to spine-tingling cinema classics throughout the evening. This, as well as all special effects and projections, will be brought to the hotel by lighting professionals Aladdin Lights.

For those who have an appetite for more than just blood and guts, Pikes Restaurant, Room 39, will be open from 9pm serving up a feast fit for any fiend. Places are limited and booking is essential.

With prizes for the best costumes and spooky surprises at every creepy corner, this is one event that will return to haunt your nightmares- in a good way- for a long time to come. Fancy Dress is absolutely obligatory!
