I wouldn't stay at Jet, very basic, noisy, don't feel particularly safe.

The only other one I know from the list is Maratimo - Jamie stayed there twice, it's a nice hotel, as long as you ask for a seaview you get nice balcony and it overlooks the g__ beach, what more do you want

Numbers on the doors so you can find your room, perhaps? (They may have sorted this for this season I suppose)

I wouldn't recommend Maritimo Babs, based on my own experience, we didnt specifically ask for a sea view room, but the room we did get was an absolute joke, basically all we could see out of it was a brick wall. Plus our air con was terrible, the rooms are very basic and can get very hot. I'd personally always go for an apartment, more space, a fridge to keep your water/food in, sofas just incase you have afterparties etc

They're great - the lady on the front desk has an angular 'do' a la Gareth from The Office and 'Frank'* one of those vets animals actually like.

*You'd never guess he knows so much about drugs! Or do you think that's another one?

back on topic:

maritimo is quite a nice hotel (although as they arent appts, there is no fridge etc). it seems especially popular with german 'bears'.

its a good 20min walk (but a nice one along the beach) to bora bora. the seafront restaruant is fine and pretty cheap.

robder, there are loads of decent appts in bossa so id reckon you'd be better off in one of those. you could try garbi too

btw, it is entirely possible that i shall be visiting ibz for the we love opening weekend. hopefully babs will save a small amount of space on the terrace for us
