Ibiza Related Baby Names ?

With a little 'un due just before Xmas we are casually looking round for potential names.

I know theres plenty time yet but I'm at work , hot and bored so what the hell . . .

With our love for Ibiza we would really like something Ibiza / Spanish related and no Amnesia or RedFacedChav would NOT be suitable !

Conception was probably in Amsterdam (round of applause for being able to raise my game under 'chilled' conditions please) but Northern Lights, Spacecake or Rookies has been crossed of the list as being unsuitable for relatives of a sensitive nature.

We don't know if its a Boy, Girl or a Kemal from Big Brother yet so we have to cover all bases !

Silvia - any cool names doing the rounds at the mo ?

PS - Terrier always reserves the right to totally ignore any dismal suggestions and has the right to select something not mentioned here. :)

Having said that any inspiration could well result in a bottle of something nice (lukewarm breast milk or diluted baby bile anyone ?) coming your way.
 
Well, obvious choice would be one of the sans/santas in Spanish or Catalan (Antonio/Antoni, Carlos/Carlo, Jose/Josep, Eularia/Eulalia, Gertrudis, Joan/Juan, etc., depending on gender)

Talamanca has a nice ring to it.

I think Talaia (island's tallest peak) would be nice for a girl.

I tried to get Jam n Mrs Jam to call their baby this - but they had a bouncing baby boy...

I love Aina for girls, it's Anna in the islands, altho I'm not sure if it's a Mallorca name or a Balearic name. Same with Caterina.

My friends from Eivissa have very common spanish names: Oscar, Armand, Guillermo, Glenda (that's not spanish), Cristina 8O

McRackin or probably Mikkak would be able to provide you with more local names ;)
 
I've always liked, and nothing to do with the club, Eden, for a girl, a friend of mine has named her little girl that and it so suits her, but like I say, nothing to do with the club!

Its all well and good thinking of names now, but when the baby comes along, you'll probably change your mind completely ;)

eden is nice, thats on my list should I ever have a girl, along with:
India
Maisie
Madison

but she;; prob end up being l'il ole Sharon ;)
 
how about rana or aranya?

they have a kind of asiatic ring about them don't they but they're really good spanish names!

Maisie is a bit of a dogs name, i think, its like having Toby for a boy :?

I love the names Molly and Phoebe, for Phebes, but I'm never having children, so my next bitch will be called Phebes :D
