Ibiza Michelin Star Restaurants?

wow, i've always wanted to go to the first one - everyone says it's so good (it's galician with octopus to die for)
i had the caldereta de rape con gambas y almejas (monkfish with prawns and clams) and it was sooo good..... i could have licked the plate ! !

Here's an interesting one:

A Chinese restaurant in Ibiza Town, Manking (on Carrer de Mar near the harbor), has a sign on the window claiming to be Michelin listed in 2009 :!:

Well done, Mackie. :D

I've been to 3 of these. 8)
S'Ofiscina in PdB is good and convenient for those staying in that resort.

Cas Mila in Cala Tarida has great food, great views, and if you're there in the latter part of the season, the sunset is amazing as well.

We went to Masia d'en Sort in Sept. 2010. Probably my favorite of the 3. Lovely garden, great service and top notch food!

A friend of a friend owns Can Alfredo and it also comes highly recommended. Looking forward to trying it out next summer!
