I, for one, will be eating ensaimadas and listening to Paco Fernandez this weekend, and drinking enough vodka limon to pretend that I'm actually on Salinas beach, and not St Anne's Square (or 'La Plaza del Albert' as it is now known) in the pouring Manchester rain.

good marketing. more people from the north of england visit ibiza and mallorca than from any other region in britain. plenty of coverage on look north west, an advert in the middle of coronation street, and a mention in our blog!
