Ibiza Gossip 2026

so this winter's worst kept secret is finally out (capriati's return to amnesia)

also - it's the end of jan and I don't recall having seen the party calendar as full this early EVER. well done to all the clubs of putting out stuff early, makes planning so much easier for holidaymakers.

A lot of this signifies Ibiza getting back to more or a pre covid era IMO. The last few years have seen a real change towards the weekend clubbing experience and the thing that Ibiza never seemed to be, with 'down' nights and generally also looking like a natural shift towards the upper market type cgoer. Those midweek events so far show a real step back to what it was for me and especially for the younger clubber - the Eastenderz/Paradise/Josh Baker Tues-Thurs combination could be a really popular one with that crowd and would definitely interest me, with Stussy on the line ups and it will be packed out.

from what I know the guys behind one more time (who do a lot of stuff here in the nightlife industry apart from OMT) had a very hard time getting paid by eden…or are still waiting on money from 2025, so the move over the road might have to do with that…
Shame about Eden as it has that decent old skool club feel to it and a good sound system. I’d rather go to a night there than Es Paradis.

Calvin Harris back on Ushuaia Tuesday's and Friday's. I understand Tuesday has often been a tricky slot to fill at Ushuaia and have no doubt at all he will shift tickets, but having the same night, same place twice a week is a bit dull innit?

I know what you mean, but both nights are road blocks - And I mean road blocks, so you can see why they do it. Try getting out of PDB after Harris @ Ushuaia!

They continue to promote Calvin Harris/Ushuaïa as „the biggest party on the island“. Does that mean that UNVRS actually has a smaller capacity?

Well Privi was ~10,000, but not sure if UNVRS matches that. Ushuaïa is about ~7,000 I believe, though I’m sure they pack more in.

years ago they used pretty much the same tagline for guetta at ushuaïa.

IMO - marketing, period.

to be a bit more specific though: I'm sure calvin harris is the artist that sells most tickets on the island between the two dates he does every week, so that would obviously grant saying it's the biggest party on the island yeah.

I know. Regardless of views on him, you have to respect someone that is likely to sell out 27 Parties on the island.

Lets say it is ~7,500 a night - that is ~200,000 tickets+. And I bet that is on the low side.

And he only has a 15 minute drive back to the farm, time to feed the goats, cup of cocoa and bed by midnight.
