I wonder if they do this cheap with a view to building his Ibiza brand more. Lots of people who wouldn’t normally go see him would probably take a cheap ticket for UNVRS.

I think we are underestimating his pull to be honest. Many of us have been on the scene for years and know what we know - but John Summit's stock is rising fast. The June/July residency will coincide with more kids being about too.

I think as was said above, Pacha were on to something last season with these spilt residencies - so I think we will see more and more of it there, and in other clubs too.

Summit does Monday's in June/July and then August / September is free for another DJ/DJs. I have no idea if that will be Eric Prydz (Tiesto maybe as a guess).

Hmmm, does he already have more influence than the great Carl ? Even with him, without free residents and numerous guest lists, the place wouldn't have been full. I don't think TNL expected that last year. It will definitely be exciting. I still think that TNL didn't do itself any favors with UNVRS in the long run.
 
Any rumours on Martinez Bros/Paco?

Had heard a mention of Martinez bros to DC10 but doesnt add up to me. Also Paco on the move potentially, he’s been building that Now Here brand for a while. Would be unreal on the amnesia terrace.

I’m not a betting man which is a good job as I’d be skint based on my predictions ,nevertheless I predict Paco Tuesdays at Pacha .

Martinez Bros to take over the Thursdays at Dc-10 from Solid Grooves , as they move to the Amnesia ?

He has a bigger pull than Cox in the US at least.

I don’t really mind Summit. He’s definitely a frat bro but his music isn’t terrible. Definitely some catchy songs and plays pretty danceable tech house. His parties bring out the females as well.

things I have heard lately...

- paco to stay at hï in the end...on tuesdays in the club - theatre run by xxxxxxxx
- martinez bros to 'return' to dc10, but within circoloco rather than having their own night

no guarantee on this being correct - it's still rumour time!
