Said this to my mates about Music On during R1 weekend, i found it genuinely scary. Paid 200€ left after 1 hour because it felt dangerous

I’d call Pacha and Carolas lawyers for ultimate confirmation. :cool:

But jokes aside, it wouldn’t surprise me. Still not sure people totally appreciate just how successful the Pacha/MusicOn/Destino partnership is.

So glad I didnt go this year, this is the first time in four years that I havent been NYD for dc10.

Last year I vowed it would be my last as was super busy, the crowd were horrible and moody and pushing and shoving and music was shit.

Its a shame that the owners dont see how bad it all is from their backstage, DJ booth side.

Similar for me though I went to Dave Seaman and Anthony Pappa. It really needed a venue like this. I will be trying to time my later in summer visit this year based around who they have on there. Was a long time ago now that I never thought I'd even say that again about a club in Ibiza again.
 
Admittedly it was September but one night I was there Pacha was only half full by the end - would they fill UNVRS/Amnesia? Would have to be peak season I think

Well at a minimum (we think) that Hi will have about 4 new nights. i.e. departure of Martinez Brothers (Tuesdays), Joseph Capriati (Fridays), Black Coffee (Saturday), and Glitterbox (Sunday). Obviously only one of those (Glitterbox) is 100% confirmed, the rest are 'rumours'.

So you could see why Camelphat might be needed, even though they did work at Pacha. I will always have the upmost respect for anyone that can fill (even 2/3 fill) a nightclub on a Tuesday!

Plus Pacha are doubling down on their star DJs, and up and coming ones like Mau P.

It would be interesting to see whether they’d retain their Tuesday night, or whether they’d switch it up.
