Agree. I’m no purist, but just don’t get her. She’s just the ultimate IG, Lifestyle DJ. She can sell a lot of tickets to female punters. So she helps with the balance in clubs. But musically, just don’t get it.

On the left as you look, solid centre back, got let go from Leyton Orient at 17, has been dominating centre forwards in Non-League ever since. On the right, really could have made it, blistering pace and finishes like magic, head-turned while on school-boy terms at Villa, moved to London and West Ham, spent too much time in Faces and Charlie Chans and just like my dreams (his career) faded and died. Still angling to play in Celebrity Charity games, but has been turned down so far

Maybe on ibiza. Gets plenty of gigs elsewhere. Saw him headlining Decibel fest a year or two ago

To be fair I saw her do cocoon closing once and she wasn’t bad.

I wasn’t really commenting on her ability just odd she gets booked for openings/closings but much in the season. Like Paul K at Ush.

Yep, I understand. I wonder if this is due to a very high fee, or she just doesn’t want to do many gigs? No idea to be honest. But all we know is when she’s on a line up… tickets sell!

:eek:Was awful imo ha! Sven went through a strange phase when cocoon at Amnesia was coming to an end. Booking very non cocoon like artists to play, obviously just to help with ticket sales

She was decent enough for the first hour I thought…later on she played a lot of her own tunes and the phones came out. Yeah agree not a cocoon booking really but they wouldn’t have booked her unless she could actually pull it off.
 
What days is Sundara open (the club)? And is it residents only whenever open except Wednesdays? Can only find info about Wednesdays online!
 
Pure gossip but: Is Paco Osuna getting kicked out of Hi next season? Weird FB posting that can be interpreted like that. He would be a great addition to Amnesia :)

I think he’s due breaking out on his own, I think his night would go stellar at amnesia, be great with the mainly non UK crowd (certainly initially) too.

I believe he’s friends with Yann at TNL, so I’d be surprised if he’s leaving TNL. But I do agree an Amnesia Terrace slot would be more authentic for him.
