Ushuaia not doing gigs would be a loss, its nice to have a more chilled evening gig and some of the crowd watching Guetta, Calvin etc there aren't up for all nighters at the other clubs.
Maybe they shift to a more OBeach style 'book a bed' thing? At the moment the pools aren't really utilised a lot.

a new o beach (Matutes version) in Playa d'en Bossa could arrive soon ( nothing confirmed yet I think but a rumour has been circulating for already 2 years I think ) not at the Ushuaïa, just across the street in the old aquatic park

Fantastic for them. I remember I used to meet an older couple every year (can't remember their name) that used to come more or less every night. The guy was probably in his 60/70's and the lady always wore bands round her head. She was probably about 60 years old as well. They always remembered me for some reason! Anyone know who they were? I guess that is possible with the high DJ fees and people buying less drinks in venue, margins might be thin.
Moving more to a daytime chill less "big show" thing might work.
Or as mentioned above back to a "5*" hotel and charge silly money per room.

Anyone know why they stopped doing the club processions, in Ibiza town/San Antonio? I have seen on rare occasions, promotions on Salinas in recent years...but not in the towns. Also the fire jugglers on the sunset strip, why did these stop...probably an easy answer to this one (health and safety)...but these are the things that helped Ibiza magical to me in the early years.
