This is the most exciting gossip thread weve had for years, I cant hide my disdain for the matutation of the island but seeing all these weekly lineups coming out shows the choice that is on offer to us clubbers this year. More partys at the zoo, KU is back (as is Cox), Chinois has carved a good niche this year, Amnesia has just about pulled it back, Pacha/DC10/HI/Ushuauia all having solid programmes.

Hopefully, as mentioned before, all this choice means competetion and should hopefully have an affect (even if only limited) on prices, plenty of drinks deals around and early entry ticket deals available.

I was coming back this year for Godskitchen at Amnesia (my fave club hands down), ive landed on a really good Pyramid lineup next day (my fave main room lineup of the whole season) and also booked til Tuesday so i can (through gritted teeth) go to UNVRS for the Sara Landry night and satisfy my curiosity!

Is it time for us old timers try and embrace the new ibiza, and accept the price increases, as the only sustainable future (with the continued investment) for a busy ibiza for years to come.................

I bit the bullet a couple of years ago with the new ibiza, and just went with the flow.. Still can be found in the corner dodging phones ;)

I remember back in 2017 (and before that as well) we definitely used the bus to go from PdB to Pacha which was included with our regular tickets to Pure Pacha. But it wasn't an extra bus, just the ticket to the regular one included.

Can't comment on after that, as we got old and lazy and used taxis afterwards... 😅

as far as I understand, it's exactly this which Defected is referring to, and not a separate bus service but I will seek clarity

The early 2000s Sunday lunchtime taxi ride from San An to Bossa for Space was the trip of dreams. The heat, the relief as you pulled away from the San An roundabout full of Guardia Civil (was it the green shirted tough guys or regular cops? The former in my hazy memory) stop and searching, Spanish radio in the cab building the excitement. Jeans and a Diesel t-shirt and a pair of Nike Air Rift. Some form of leather wrist cuff, IIRC.

Ahh...take me back

I think those Pacha drink deals are only introductory and they will definitely be increasing in price. Not sure whether all in one go or staggered as each date approaches, but if you're eyeing them up, I book sooner rather than later

Has anyone got any guesses about what time the Rufus du Sol set’s likely to start at Pacha on July 11? I’m trying to figure out whether to book tickets or make a Pacha restaurant reservation. Thank you

most likely something like 1am to 2:30am.

chambord is certainly starting at 11pm, rüfüs then second and marco usually starts at around 2:30am. at least this has been the case in past seasons.

no guarantee on correctness on this, but I still believe it is the way it will be, give or take half an hour.

the pacha restaurant deal is cool, I'd go for it.

Any chance you can answer the same question re. Andrea Oliva at the Carl Cox-led night at UNVRS on August 17? Debating doing an overnight trip and was going to go to All I Need at Playa Soleil and then on to UNVRS but given Andrea Oliva’s supposed to be at both I’ve no idea how that evening’s supposed to look. Thanks again
