No Cocoon season, Zoo Project not happening at Benimussa Park, him not being on any Circoloco line-ups plus the fact he does the Amnesia tours globally = very likely Ricardo has plenty of Pyramid dates imo

Why is Zoo Project not happening at the zoo?

unfortunate move imo…
It’s going to Change the whole atmosphere/vibe of the event. They should have chose something more well-bred and authentic to ibiza…

Not a lot of outdoor choices in fairness, and it was popular with the San An crowd about 10 years ago, used to see a lot of painted up people pre drinking on the West End...but yeh it will change the vibe a lot

All these announcements and I can't help but see when I look at the calendar it is geared towards Fri Sat Sun Mon. Which is either going to be great for the clubs if the numbers are there or potential to see some quieter nights on what would be the popular events....

Also any news expected on the likes of the beach club at Bora - That was trying to get going again just before covid and wondered if it will fire up again?

Midweeks are just generally quieter the last few years (2017, 18, 19) since less travellers come for a full week, and extended weekends are more popular

But the other thing to consider, is that those midweek parties start later (June onwards), so naturally they also get announced later as well. More to come.

Cost will be a factor everything is going up at home and on Ibiza so for some it may be a case of can only afford a weekend not a week. Even if you are having a midweek quiet day costs can rack up.

Just had a text from a mate asking if I fancy going out on the 14th May in the London. Date I suggest a £125 flight out on the Sat lunchtime and back on the Sun lunchtime as an alternative version of going out?

HE.SHE.THEY. announces its return to Ibiza with three huge shows at Amnesia.

As the global mecca of dance music prepares for its biggest season in many years, HE.SHE.THEY’s curation and programming of global DJ talent both represent the darker side of electronic music and reflect the diversity and representation that were historically at the heart of the roots of house and techno.

The music line-up for HE.SHE.THEY.’s Ibiza 2022 proudly achieves a 50/50 gender balance and platforms individuals from a range of different intersections; fully embracing the culture of diversity and inclusion and its importance in creating the original Ibiza’s feeling of togetherness and hedonistic attitude.

Growing rapidly in community and support, so far, the event series held parties in Paris, New York, Mumbai, LA, Toronto, Montreal, Barcelona, Brighton, Bristol, Sydney, Melbourne and first landed on the white isle of Ibiza back 2018 as part of the official IMS opening party at Pacha. The party also holds residencies at Fabric (London), Watergate (Berlin) and Amsterdam (Shelter).

The line-up includes Anastasia Kristensen - Ben Klock - Chaos in the CBD - Cinthie - Derrick Carter - Effy - Floorplan - Freddy K - Gerd Janson - Hector Oaks - Horse Meat Disco - Jennifer Cardini - Juliana Huxtable - Kittin - LSDXOXO - Mall Grab - Maya Jane Coles - Maze & Masters - Mella Dee - Midland - Patrick Mason - Rebekah - Sita Abellan - SYREETA - Tiga - VTSS - Wax Wings - Willow.

There will, of course, be many dancers too, from the LGBTQIA+ scene around Europe and beyond, from puppies and drag queens to aerialists and fire breathers to set the tone as a night where the only thing that will limit you is your own imagination.

Speaking on Amnesia and the season ahead HE.SHE.THEY. co-founders, Steven Braines & Sophia Kearney said,

“Amnesia has always had a really mixed set of nights from Pyramid and Cocoon to La Troya and Manumission. It feels like HE.SHE.THEY. is almost a child born from that legacy, incredible music but with a sense of experimentation that’s been missing from the island a little bit. In fact, Martin Ferrer Vega from Amnesia, was the first person who ever wanted to do a HE.SHE.THEY. when we pitched it at ADE, but it wasn’t quite ready for a 5,000-capacity show until now.”

HE.SHE.THEY. carries one message, “a place without prejudice, where people can be people”. EVERYONE is welcome from all genders, sexualities, and races. EVERYONE is equal at HE.SHE.THEY. and all we ask is that those attending do everything from a place of love, kindness, mutual respect, and consent.

There will be no strict dress code and experimentation is firmly encouraged.

HE.SHE.THEY. will take place at Amnesia, Ibiza, Friday 29th July, Friday 26th August and Friday 9th September.
