Main "review" to follow but I agree with the above that there is a real buzz about the place and it bodes well for a great season. Ibiza has always been a "melting pot" as it were, but I've never known such a mix of nationalities. Admittedly never been this early in the season but in the words of the late great Murray Walker "you could cut the atmosphere with a cricket stump".
One thing I will say, without going on a rant, is that while overcrowding is nothing new in Amnesia, I've never known anything like last night. Even the DJ booths were mental and I've never seen staff so flapped. They need to stop selling glass bottles and drinks in glasses too. Amazed no one was seriously injured with some of the shards covering the floor.
Edit - I'm far from an expert, but even I could make the soundsystem sound 10 times as good with a few hours freedom to mess with it. Something seriously amiss with it and it sounds like simple bad levels.

both parties were great. so so good to see those two places rocking again
22:00. Last night people were queuing at 23:30 at Pacha which opened at midnight. Hï opens at 23:00

Love this! Queuing early for a club to open is very regional U.K. Reminds me of a university night in the early 00s when Danny Rampling was playing and we told to get there at 7pm to avoid disappointment.
