i don’t think ii was being harsh. Sadly clubbing is as political as any other industry now post #metoo & can’t suddenly just depoliticise when things get a bit awkward. I wish it wasn’t like this but it is. So much is communicated via social media, which has massive reach and influence esp now. I agree with mr why on this. she is enormously privileged and has a moral duty to speak out and she kept schtum since Feb. And that can only be interpreted as tacit support when others are bravely speaking out.
 
The pyramid lineup looks great but it looked good in its first season too and by some reports on here it was empty on many occasions.
Will it pull a bigger crowd this time around?

Personally I think the island will be so rammed that most nights will do good.

She could be doing stuff in other ways donating, who knows...just because it dosent happen or recorded on social media dosent mean it doesn't happen

Because she is russian she is expected to speak out

There is a life outside social media regardless of how many followers you have

from west end taxi rank 37- 42 so must be similar the other way, and to ibiza town aroun 28 - 32 ish

She hasn't spoken out against the war because she is pro-Putin. She has a track record of expressing sentiment supportive of the Kremlin position. Here she is criticising the oligarch Khodorkovsky, who Putin threw into prison for years, following Khodorkovsky speaking out in a televised meeting about Kremlin officials accepting bribes. He was widely considered to be a political prisoner.

I’m expecting a sea of Ukrainian Flags in DC10 & Amnesia when she plays. We all know what we have to do!
 
So I'm at Pikes, since early evening. And I've gotta say, although I loved the hours by the pool and also simply being back in Freddies, I really feel the DJs booked tonight have missed the mark. Playing super underground rolling minimal.

I don't know about anyone else, but that's not why I come to Pikes!! Give me some disco dammit
