you really think that with not having hyte neither cocoon at their club they're simply not gonna try and do a tech night?

the way I see it (and hear rumours) it's probably not going to be a one brand thing (say drumcode or similar), but an accumulation of artists and or brands coming in. amnesia mondays are definitely going to sound techy still. but yeah, it'll still go up against circoloco so that's going to be interesting.

I do have to say, against what most of the industry people thought until about a month ago, in the end there are more changes than originally anticipated. a lot of stuff is still in the works right now but there will be at least two 'aaa-haaaa' moments in the next few weeks.

Sounds like Fridays at Pacha 2016

If Drumcode is gonna be one, and 100% JC another i wonder how many more we can expect? Suara still fancying themselves to pull a crowd? Mosaic??

I didn't think they wouldn't add another tech night, I just don't personally see Drumcode and Adam Beyer alone as more of a crowd pull than Cocoon and Sven Vath. If its a different party with an accumulation of artists and brands that may be a different matter - but I will wait to see the event and artists before I cast my judgement!

it's not certain yet (at least to my knowledge) as to whether drumcode actually are going to be there...or across the road with resistance...or if adam is still with cocoon somehow. I do think mosaic is gone as a brand on ibiza - not least because that brand is owned by pacha as far as I'm aware. maceo is obviously going to be around still.

ok yeah I agree to that. gonna be interesting indeed. I'm sure it won't take long until more info emerges.
 
Didn’t Amnesia used to have a “Amnesia Presents...” type night? On a Friday? 2009/10? I think that was a random collection of nights over the season. Maybe a similar thing on Mondays now.
 
We’re still waiting on this Lazarus/Womoon thing as well too right? That could be amnesia Monday’s say in the main room?
 
Hi. my name is Dan im from Canada. i will be coming to Ibiza for my second time, this time much earlier in the season. il lbe there may 7th-12th. what kind of parties can i expect at this time. Amnesia, Pacha. Hi. ushiuia, are any of these places going to open? i havent been able to find anyone to answer my questions. im hoping you can. THANKS!!!!

Doubt any of them will be open that early. Still no word on when Pacha will re-open with the new design but it may well be that Cocoon opening is their opening party.

well...pacha hasn't been properly closed in I don't know how many years (since it used to be open all year around) so it's gonna be the first time in a long period they'll actually have a real opening party. gonna be interesting!
