Has one party ever done the rounds so much? Makes you wonder why he can't make one venue stick...Pacha, Boom, Amnesia, Space, back to Pacha again with daytime parties at Ushuaia and Destino to boot...seemed a good fit with Space what happened there?

careful there. what you say above is correct for luciano as an artist, but 'vagabundos', at least to my knowledge, has only been celebrated in pacha, booom and space. in the other venues it was either luciano & friends or then, in the case of amnesia in 2014, it was origins.

as for space being a good fit for vagabundos...it certainly wasn't a pratfall, but expectations were higher than the actual results just as certainly.

and yeah, I think there are various other promoters who have done 3 or more venues on the island. la troya. monza. defected. and then lots of artists who have had their residency in lots of different venues - for example AvB. amnesia, privilege, space and ushuaïa.

but of course it has a bit of truth - luciano is a vagabond, and what do they do? move from place to place :)

The translation of Vagabundos for Non-Spanish people:

Vagabundo m (plural Vagabundos) (pejorative) tramp, hobo (homeless person) wanderer; vagabond (a person on a trip of indeterminate destination and/or length of time)

For me Vagabundos started at Pacha in 2010, had 3 great seasons there, and personally is still my favourite club to hear Luciano in!

I've seen Luciano probably 25 times over the years and have long been defending him as one of the first dj's in the techno family that i have ever listened to. Knowing well he is not the most technical dj I have always said he throws a party and just is an all around fun guy to go listen to especially in outdoor settings (for me at least). In a sense i sort of like that he bounces around, yes you need staples for club nights that are pillars and never move, but i like the idea of always having something fresh each summer also. The more i think about it, the more i think i cant miss this, but that does of course mean for a double Pacha visit over the course of 3 days with Solomun on Sunday.

Ha - literally! The irony was lost on me...
Fair play, I guess he is more popular than I give him credit for.
