Funny how the same company which does Pacha’s PR is now reposting this cringe all over the Instagram channels they run.

And I get that social media is a big marketing tool, but its not like Pacha's nights are struggling for sales.

Celebs in the booth aren't new of course but for the EDM guys like Guetta they also have to sell records and get chart hits to keep the record label happy. So I can understand the need for promo from them to hit the mass market, but Solomun is meant to be a serious DJ.
 
Seriously would not be surprised if Solomun calls it a day at Pacha after this season, following that.

Although I was equally surprised to see him playing alongside Anyma at UNVRS so maybe he’s off to TNL?

I am just not sure to be honest. He could have gone to any club over the last 10+ years, and choses to stick with Pacha. Could he play UNVRS weekly - yes he could. But he plays that huge type of venue / festivals every Friday/Sat/Sunday afternoon through the summer. And then after all of that he ends up in Pacha Monday morning in a more intimate setting. So I think he gets the best of both.
