That's a BMW- you can tell by the transverse cylinders (God I'm so anal when it comes to bikes!! )What makes this bike then?

Cossack's rust faster than anything but never fall apart. Seems to be a feature of Eastern European/ Russian bikes (CZ being a prime example).Maybe. It doesn't show it's age in the picture but I could tell by the rust etc that it was very old. It's most likely a BMW R71 or possibly a Cossack that was based on the R71 design.
Here's a nice example of a R71 http://www.pwbrowning.com/r71/index.html
So what BMW is it?That's a BMW- you can tell by the transverse cylinders (God I'm so anal when it comes to bikes!! )
So lets see if I have this right? The bike that looks old is fairly new and the bike that looks new is very old?Looks like a (very) old R75S if I'm not very much mistaken (although in all fairness I probably am!)
Now you are really confusing me.No mate- the R75S has been around longer than me Dad At least the model name has!
The first pic Warren,(if it's yours) is it in Figueretas? I've often seen it leaning on a plant tub there, looks the same...It's good to know it's still around.
