I saw the bike below has already been in one of the Ibiza mags or papers a few days ago which reminded me I should post my pic of it here that I took a few weeks ago in Figueretas.

Spotted in Marina Botafoc. I'm pretty sure this is a German motorbike from WWII.

Actually that's a Cossack- it's a Russian motorbike and sidecar outfit that can be bought in the UK. Most of them still have machine-gun mountings on the sidecar and they are a doddle to work on.

Actually that's a Cossack- it's a Russian motorbike and sidecar outfit that can be bought in the UK. Most of them still have machine-gun mountings on the sidecar and they are a doddle to work on.

Maybe. It doesn't show it's age in the picture but I could tell by the rust etc that it was very old. It's most likely a BMW R71 or possibly a Cossack that was based on the R71 design.

Ural along with some other Soviet Union motorcyle manufacturers were also known under the name Cossack.
