Ibiza 26th August- 2nd September- tips for young gorgeous couple

WOW this is a fab site and all you members are great!!!! good to know that even in the world today people still do good for others.....

i have read most of the posts in the forum and have couple of question which i need your help with. We are a young couple 30 and 32.. and our dream of going to Ibiza is finally coming true on Sunday..

1) Space- Heard it starts from morning.. we arrive sunday night so is it still worth to pay 50 euro for ticket when we can go only at late night sunday..? any other suggestions for sunday??

2) General Party Scene- read reviews on police raids etc recently ..has it dampened party goers mood...? is everything functioning normally as it does in Ibiza...?? its our first time and probable we cant go back again.. so we want to make the best of it and enjoy it the trrue Ibiza spirit and style... but i am not into spirits really.. so all ok in that front?

3) General tips- would love it if you guys share some thoughts/tips/things to do for a young couple who not only like to party hard but also enjoy nature, culture and experience non touristy things in a new place.. so any Ibiza insiders please let me know if you recommend any nioce beaches e.t.c

Thanks for reading this and thanks in advance for taking your time to reply. IDEALLY.. CAN YOU POST ME AN ITENERY LISTING PARTIES NOT TO BE MISSED/PLACES TO GO/THINGS TO DO BET 26TH AUG -2ND SEPTEMBER ???
(or is it too much to ask...??) thanks anyway :)))) will let you all know in September how my trip went....

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited

maybe a bit late but if youve got net access - get a hire car and get out to the north of the island (something that most people dont bother with and then moan that all ibiza is a bunch of pissed up idiots in san an ;)

exactly... hopefully you will be able to get a car.. the best way to get around.. if not you will miss out on much of the island.. most of the decent beaches you can't get there by bus so a car is the only option.

of course you have to be careful regarding the police.... like you would anywhere... but I was never checked once... lots of people are though.

i agree with mrlk. hire a car and explore the island, it has so much to offer. i can't understand those people that just go to ibiza and never leave playa d en bossa or san antonio. the north of the island is beautiful and has some spectacular scenery and beaches.

space on sunday doesn't really get going until mid-late afternoon, hardly anyone goes in the morning, so you will be fine. i usually get there around 5. even if you get there around midnight it's still worth it in my opinion.

nice beaches......cala d'hort, cala jondal, s'illot des renclis, agua blanca, cala boix, salinas, cala vadella, benirras and many others to the north and south.

check out the lookout at na xamena for spectacular views over benirras and san miquel.

for clubbing, carl cox is a great night as is coccoon. azuli was a good value night too.

the sunsets at cafe mambo are always fun even if a bit touristy.

take the ferry to formentera for a day trip.
