Never seen it myself but apparently they are shit hot on people enjoying substances and issue you a 50e fine to stay in the club or leave.

It's genetic apparently !! I was told by a wealthy Chinese friend in the early '90s (who used to down XO cognac by the wine glass full !) that alcohol tolerance was a major status symbol in the upper echelons of Hong Kong chinese society. He therefore spent a great deal of time and effort cultivating it. Or that was his excuse anyway
