No idea about the music, the head of the organizers has changed this year, my friend who was djing the past years will not anymore.

it's going OK, but transmoderna is not a blockbuster so far. and what I just said a bit further up, seeing how many similar events there are on a friday night this year, I can't see this changing lots in the next few weeks. sure, this friday dixon gets tale of us visiting so that's gonna draw more people, but just saying I don't think it turns into a rammed club in peak season. musically some weeks have been amazing from what I've heard from friends - I've only made it to the opening so far, but wanna return soon. if you like clubs when they're not rammed, this is your chance!
from what I know, he sadly doesn't like our island very much (mildly put)

perhaps not as militant as say dave clarke but there is no love lost between LG and the mainstream techno fraternity.
I remember he said he only really played IBZ because Cox was a mate and got him slots on the terrace

They are finding it tougher than they imagined, I think it's fair to say. They took a hit when Solid Grooves opened (a strong workers following) and now that Warriors is open too it's only going to get harder. The week Jack Back played for them they had decent, but not mind-blowing numbers, which speaks for itself. I do want to get along again soon to see how they're faring for myself.

Had a feeling this might be the case....if people are there for a week and want to do different clubs, they are going to choose Defected for Eden. Shame as line-ups were good and opening party was promising....

To be fair to Ushuaia, they have tried this opening early multiple times over the years, and (apart from Ants) people don't take them up on the offer. We moan we want to dance at 3PM, then we don't turn up....

Not sure when he last played Ibiza but I saw him at Pacha in 2006 getting jeered by Italians (as Italy had just beaten France in the World Cup).
Probably not helped by Garnier playing a hard as nails techno set at a house night. It was an excellent set though!

I think last I saw him on the island was 2014 or thereabouts - space terraza as guest of coxy's night.
one of the reasons I did timewarp this year was to go and see him and he did not disappoint. he's really one of the names I'm gutted about not seeing here on the island.

Used to play quiet a lot in the past ( had his own party @ Ku ) in the 90’s , played pacha for more than 20 years for various party , was we love resident @ space early 2000’s , played few early Cocoon party , had his live show @ amnesia also and then play for Carl Cox ! Lived 2-3 summer on the island and had his pirate radio show ... but get upset the way the island has change ! Entrance price , drink price ! Smaller dance floor , more vip table ect ect ect ! Garnier play for the dance floor not for people sitting around a table drinking champagne! Don’t know or many know but this guys also never charge big fee when playing considering his stature ! For me he is one of the best dj ever for so many things ! Respect

He is my favourite DJ by a mile, I don't think he lives an extravegant lifestyle either.

Used to but not anymore ! But love to party and you can see when watching him playing that he love what he does ! Same as Stivi , when to timewarp almost only for him ! My girlfriend saw him yesterday in Barcelona and loved it like always ! I wasn’t there but was in kiesgrube Germany and had a great time as well ( amazing crowd like always over there )
